A brief introduction to the super 1000 denier PP yarn and its application:<\/strong><\/p>\n

PP yarn or polypropylene fibers are used as a linear polymer and are prepared through the polymerization of propylene. After the catalyst was found, Zieglernata was produced. The catalyst made it possible to produce isotactic polypropylene, which has the property of crystallization.<\/p>\n

Polypropylene fibers were manufactured industrially in Italy in 1960 under the name Meraclon and sold to the market. PP yarn or polypropylene (PP) yarn is one of the types of synthetic yarns produced from polypropylene. This yarn is very resistant to corrosion, UV radiation and heat. For this reason, it is used to produce automotive parts, stationery, packaging and food containers. Also, this yarn is used to produce fabrics that require high resistance to moisture and water.<\/p>\n

These fibers are mostly used very rarely in non-woven textiles and are mostly used for hygiene purposes. Other uses of pro-polyethylene include gas filters, liquid filters, air conditioning filters, water filters, air filters, oil absorbers, use in summer clothes (sweat repellent), tablecloths, wall coverings, hospital masks, concrete construction, etc.<\/p>\n
